I have bought several different colors of Ellington pens to give as Christmas gifts. I think, although all are lovely, the Ivory Suede is a step above the others. If I decide to give myself an Ellington pen, Ivory Suede will be the one for me.

This is such a beautiful pen. The brown/ivory/rose combination is stunning. The Ellington logo engraved in the nib is such a lovely detail. The pen has a nice weight to it, good ink flow and I love the sound it makes when you write with it. The pen writes smooth but with some feedback. Highly recommend!

This pen is ridiculous. It's gorgeous, has the perfect weight, and writes smoothly right out of the box. I've never owned a fountain pen before, and now that I know what it's like I don't know if I'll ever go back! Also, customer service was on top of it when I accidentally ordered the wrong color and needed to make a last-minute swap. Highly recommend the entire experience.
