I bought this mechanical pencil, as I always like a reliable pencil, just like I enjoy a reliable pen. I love the color and the feel of the pen! It is a winner for sure, love it!

The pencil barrel is thicker than I would like. Not very comfortable to write with if using for prolonged sessions. It’s well crafted but functionality for me is lacking. Just okay,

The pencil is lovely, the ballpoint pen is super to write with but disappointed with the fountain pen. The colour Emerald doesn’t match the other two, and I cannot get the green ink to flow properly.

I ordered this mechanical pencil to complete my collection of having at least one of each type of pen. It feels great in my hand and writes so smooth. It makes note taking easy and clean. I've used it everyday since my purchase.

Perfect fit and weight in the hand. To top it off it is beautiful as well

Currently I use the mechanical pencil the majority of the time. The pencil can keep-up with me and easy to push-out more lead as required. My pencil is a worker - and attractive.

Extremely comfortable to write with. Easy to use and feels good in my hand. I am proud to use and own.

After some shipping issues, not of Ellington Pens doing. I finally received my Emerald Sterling Mechanical Pencil. The weight is solid - feels good in your hand.
The finish is perfect; a wonderful match to my Emerald Fountain Pen.
And the writing is spot on. I could not be more happy.
Also kudos to Dianne and Shiela, Ellington Pens customer service representatives. They were extremely attentive to the shipping issue and did everything possible to rectify the situation. They are conscientious and professional.
