I really live the pen the extra fine nib is exactly the nib I needed and it writes very smoothly!

The Ellington Pen arrived a couple of days ago and I must say it is most impressive. It looks really nice, but more important, it writes beautifully. I had forgotten just how nice writing with a fountain pen could be. This one writes more smoothly and feeds the ink more perfectly than many pens costing hundreds of dollars more.

I had a calligraphy pen years ago but I lost it. I have to address 100 envelopes and tried a few pens from other sellers. Not good ink flow or balanced weight. I just recently received my Ellington Calligraphy pen and love it. Smooth writing using cartridges. I haven’t tried the refillable unit yet. Thanks!

I love this pen!!!! Saw an ad online and was a bit skeptical, but I took a chance because of the price. I now own six pens, and also a mechanical pencil. Thank you for a lovely product. Why should good penmanship come at a price? I enjoy the look and feel of Ellington Pens. I highly recommend. Because I write alot, I do feel that I replace the cartridge often, but now that I have an idea of how long a pen cartridge lasts for my writing habits, I have ordered extra to have on hand.

I have always preferred to write in pencil and that's why I first ordered from Ellington Pens. With that first order I received a complmentary fountain pen and fell in love. I've always leaned toward neutral tones, but the orange version completely won me over. It's modern, unique, and brings joy every time I use it. It fits seven pens easily and the flap prevents them from falling out. I carry it to work, and it's become a conversation starter. Functional, stylish, and surprisingly professional.

The body is a nice colour, smooth fine nib, good converter. I like the metal furniture of the section and body.Good nib/feed/section design; it writes readily even after being stored point up for several days.It's comfortably balanced when posted, and the cap is secure when posted.

I'm a man of few words. I own every one of Ellington fountain pens. So when I have to write this review I can not think of anything truly different to say about this pen. It's an Ellington, and it writes exactly as I think it should--perfect, lust like my other Ellington pens. And although this is a pocekt pen and it is white, the quality of the body is as good as all the rest of my pens. Way to go Ellington Pens!

The leather pen sleeve is perfect for carrying my Ellington fountain pen in my purse. Takes away the worry that the pen top might come loose and leak in my purse.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from Ellington Pens and I’m a fan. As someone who’s only used mostly Japanese fountain pens, I am pleasantly surprised. The Silver Sonata feels heavier than all my other pens but it’s balanced. The ink flows well and the result is a smooth writing experience. To the folks at Ellington, well done!
