As a ‘leftie’ I always found pens a great disappointment, I eventually gave up and resorted to commercial pens . However, I gave a last chance to Ellington Pens and I’m so glad I did!

I have owned many fountain pens over the years but they do not come close to Midnight Rose. This is a fantastic writing tool, great nib which flows over the page and is not scratchy, great to write with. The colour and style of the pen looks great. Was very pleased with the ordering and the pen arrived in just a few days. The ink cartridges arrived separately but I was advised about this in advance and in fact both packages arrived together so was not left waiting for the ink. A great service and would strongly recommend this pen.

I became addicted with my first pen, the Alpine Rose. I now have 6 and my goal now is to have them all. The pens are well made and nicely balanced with no frustrating start up issues. The ink flows so smoothly you want to think of things to write just to continue the experience. The Ellington ink also holds up well. As for looks, these pens are beautiful just to look at. I have already purchases and given some as gifts. Quality, looks, and price .... hard to beat.
