I absolutely love Ellington's products. I haven't tried their ink yet, but if it's as good as the pens are, you can't go wrong. I just have the inks I like in my pens and they work great together. I've used the Fude (bent) nib and the 3mm nib. Very different feels and totally different personalities, but both at the same high standards of performance I've come to love from Ellington.

Beautiful Calligraphy Set

This is the best calligraphy set that I have purchased in years. The pen is easy to hold, and the ink flows seamlessly. I am left-handed and was taught to write with an italic pen whilst still in primary school. There were no left-handed nibs then, so I am used to writing with a right-handed nib. The set comes complete with everything you need, including ink, ink cartridges, a variety of nibs and an ink
converter. I use it most days, and it never fails me. I have no hesitation in recommending this calligraphy set.

Disappointed

Calligraphy set box was only partially bubble wrapped. Consequently, the top of the box was dented when it arrived. I did feed this back at the time. This was a very special Christmas gift for which I paid a significant amount on the expectation it would be a cut above equivalent looking sets on Amazon. I now wish I had saved some money and bought a set from Amazon.

The woman of my Life loves them!

The Perfect Set!

I absolutely love this set. The only reason I gave it a four star was because I lost my pen (from the set) that had a 1.5mm nib and the site only carries 1.0mm max replacement nibs. I did buy the same pen itself, I just need that 1.5mm nib! I'm guessing you have to buy the whole set again just to get that 1.5mm nib. I tried emailing a few times but I haven't received a response.

I have been waiting for the set to become available for a while. I love it! The pen is the nicest I have ever used. I am 67 and have been doing calligraphy for 40 years and want to continue to do calligraphy as long as possible.
