Im happy Eilington Pens offer a 10 year warranty. If that doesn’t convince you of quality, I don’t know what does.

I have owned many fine pens over the decades and I am pleased that Ellington stands behind their pens for so long. I am sure they will be there if I ever have a need . They write so great that is not even a concern today.

I had an issue with my pen. After I e day of using the pen then cap no longer stayed on the pen. Then I reached out to customer service. After verifying my issue they sent me my replacement pen. I love the pen it handles amazingly!!!! I must have had a defective one the first time. So far so good with the replacement

I purchased two pens and I still don't know how to load the ink. I need picture instructions on how to load the ink into the pen and how to clean the pen. I watched a video where "Ellington Pens" mentioned that their pens need to be flushed out with a syringe of water every 3-4 weeks to keep the nib from clogging up with ink. Are there paper/picture instructions or do you have a video showing how to load ink in a new pen and clean/care for the pens? There is nothing on your website showing any of this.
