Purple Haze Ballpoint

I was not expecting of the pens I ordered, that the ballpoint would blow my mind but it did! I tested my kit on rough and smoother sketch paper and on journal paper and it was the smoothest, easiest pen to write on all 3 mediums.

As I love drawing with pens, this pen now comes with me for everywhere because of how cool and easy it writes! (and draws). I immediately looked up how to get refills and I will once I need them. And get another pen, maybe to match my scarlet fountain pen. I super recommend to anyone!

btw, I never liked any ballpoint pens ever, so the fact this is so glowing is miracle.

Honestly, it's a bit loose when I write something.
I think the downside bottoms hole is a bit bigger than needed (maybe with one Millimeter).
Also this makes sounds which I can live with, but maybe will bother someone else.

Other than that, I really like it. It's heavy, stabile in the hand and feels really fancy and luxury.

Too expensive for what you'll get.

P.s. Unpleasant surprise is the 27€ post taxes. So I had to go to the post (not home delivery) and pay this amount.
If you live in Austria, keep that in mind.

Purple Haze Ballpoint

Bought it for my wife and she uses it daily. Love it!

Love the color and it writes smoothly enough but the balance of the pen is off with the top being heavier than the bottom. This causes less fluidity in my writing. Maybe I’m spoiled as a long time MontBlanc user. Good pen for making lists - will go back to my MontBlanc for my journalling, clinical notes.

Yes I received the pen and have now stared to write with it. The pen preforms well and writes smoothly on paper. I find the barrel is nice feel in the hand. The pen is good to write with.

I received the Ellington Purple Haze Ballpoint Pen I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised with the weight and size of the pen, however, I am disappointed with the purple color of the pen I received not matching the purple color of the pen in the picture in your website which made me want to order the pen in the first place.

Brilliant!

Received my order today, a well packaged pen with a nice note from the owner. The pen itself feels well built with quality materials and has a great weight to it. My only slight grievance is that the colour of the pictured pen on the website is slightly misleading. For reference I ordered the Purple Haze model. Looks a lot more metallic/darker in display pictures and a lot lighter in actuality. However, I can’t fault it for what really matters. It writes elegantly and both looks and feels like a up market pen.

Writes really smooth

Beautiful well-made pen that writes nicely. Customer service was very helpful. Fulfilled my lifelong wish for a fancy pen. Order arrived in a good box and didn’t take very long. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because the pen itself is almost too smooth. I have to grip it too firmly to be comfortable for all day use while preventing slipping. Customer service was receptive and had some suggestions. Would still recommend for gifting and trying out, esch person’s handhold is differnt.
