This was an amazing experience.

Ellington pens has their customer service and satisfaction COVERED. I had a slight issue with the pen in this set, as referenced in another review, and they sent me an entire pen to replace it within days of my mentioning being a little less than satisfied. Only one complaint!

This pen has gotten many a compliment and I really like writing with it, and yes it actually has improved my handwriting. Only complaint is that the cap is now loose, so doesn't stay down on the pen all the way. Would like to know how to keep this tight-fitting.
