I have emailed you twice asking for instructions on how to install an ink cartridge to get started. I can't review the pen until I know how to load the ink so I can use it.

Writes smooth without any skipping. While i like the color, the oicture didnt really reflect the more subtle tone of the IRL pen color. I would purchase another fountain pen from Ellington Pens. Great product for the value.
