Better than Other Luxury Pens 3 Times The Cost !

I have a few so called luxury pens, most that cost way more than the Ellington, I have to say this pen is the absolute best I've had since school back in the '70's. It's so nice been able to pick up the pen knowing the nib will not scratch and the ink flows continuously, super happy with it, and I'm going to buy more, do yourself a favor get an Ellington !

Outstanding Pen

This is my first Ellington pen that I purchased. I bought mine through Amazon with the M nib and absolutely fell in love with it. The M nib gives the pen a nice, smooth feel on the couple of different kinds of high-quality paper I've used it on. It inked easily the first time and wrote smoothly right out of the gate. That's been a hit-or-miss for me while I've been collecting pens which, admittedly, hasn't been for very long (less than 5 years). The feel of the pen in the hand is incredible. It's heavy, but it's well-balanced. The metal at the end of the cap is effective at balancing the pen in the hand when it's posted. The cap posts well and sits securely while writing. The feel on the outside of the pen is very nice as well. Very smooth, yet stable. And, yes, the finish is absolutely gorgeous. Great choice in terms of the pigments used in manufacturing the pen. This is a great addition to my collection and will be one of my mainstay pens for a long time to come!
