The Azure Waves is a beautiful pen, the deep aqua with black accents really striking. The weight in the hand feels just right to me, and the pen writes smoothly. Wonderful addition to my pen collection!

I purchased this pen as a starter pen for my wife as a birthday gift to introduce her to the world of fountain pens. She loves the color, weight and the way it writes. She definitely enjoys the world of journaling with a fountain pen and I am sure we will be ordering more from Ellington Pens!!!

I am in love with these black-trimmed fountain pens. Of course, the pen itself is perfect in weight and feel and performance (as are all Ellington Pens!) but the look of them! One could say I am buying too many - but one would be wrong. This particular pen has a nice unisex look but with such a lovely color I couldn't pass it up. Keep up the good work! PS: Would it be too much to ask for a matte lavender trimmed in black? Put me on the waiting list!

I now own multiple fountain pens in the under $150 range. All loaded and ready to use on my desk. Out of the 7 different brands, my hand repeatedly returns to my Ellington. That alone tells me that it is the best. And, it's under $50. Better than pens for 3x the price. Completely loyal to Ellington now. By need of excellent performance.
