So far so good. Nice.

I ordered a 2nd pen because the first one I ordered simply would not write. Then I discovered I could have just ordered a new nib. So now I have 2 pens with 2 different nibs. My bad. Maybe I will sell one!

My 4th pen from Ellington pens, I love the fine tips. This pen did not disappoint, a beautiful pen to write with and a gorgeous colour

I share my pens with everyone, but I make sure to get them back. Sometime there is a flight involved and I give them your website as a consolation prize.

A quality addition to my collection. It has a good weight to it and is a very smooth writer . I'm very pleased = there was a great selection of colours to choose from.

Beautiful pens!

Ellington Pens are excellent writing instruments…without breaking the bank!!!

Person who was given this as a gift cannot say enough about the way it writes. They said it just flowed on the page and it is also lightweight

The pen writes very smoothly and feels good in the hand. A bit top heavy with the cover on as you write.
Overall, a good pen

Very smooth writing. Like that there are interchangeable nibs

The pens write smoothly. The weight is just right for me. The quality seems very good.

I love the feel of the pen and it is lovely to write with. Very well made

Excellent

Det är bra att Pilot’s bläckpatroner passar.

I am new to fountain pens but this was easy to use and so smooth!

Its beautiful to hold as I write and flows so beautifully. Will be buying another at some point

I really enjoy writing with my new pen. I’ve always used a fountain pen, but have never had one with a fine tip. Never fails to start working! I just love it!

Scarlet Slate Fountain Pen

These are beautiful pens, they are so smooth even with a fine nib. I have a couple of high end fountain pens and these stand up just as well. Lovely balance and a good weight.

In my 79 years I have had many pens but this one is simply the best , it writes so perfect and smooth . The company Ellington Pens are a real pleasure to deal with , I cannot thank them enough for their kind and well above and beyond service . Thank You Dennis Lumsden

Beautiful pen. Very smooth writing. I have not used the bulk ink as yet. My only question is why does the pen cap not click securely onto the back of the pen when writing with the pen? Otherwise, this fountain pen is wonderful.

I am now the proud owner of a Scarlet Slate Fountain Pen. It was a Christmas gift to me. This is my 7th Ellington Fountain Pen. I also have two Ellington Gel pens. While I certainly did not need another pen, it was part of a larger plan to have Ellington fountain pens each with a different color ink. I am journaling quite a bit these days and having several ink colors helps me in journaling. So, along with this new pen, I also ordered Ellington cartridges in various colors along with a bottle of green ink and a bottle red ink. My black Ellington has black ink. My blue Ellington has blue ink. My green Ellington pen has green ink. The remaining Ellington pens have either blue or black ink. Needless to say, I am a huge fan of the Ellington writing instruments, and there is something magical about putting pen to paper and writing out my thoughts and plans. Far more fun that tapping on a keyboard. Thank you, Ellington, for producing these excellent writing instruments.

My family members loved their pens, and my husband, who collects fountain pens, declared it the smoothest write by far.

Was a gift for my daughter that I was proud to give.

Vibrant red color! Writes very smoothly! 👏

Found the perfect pen for daily scribbles. Would recommend

Scarlet Slate Fountain Pen

Not too heavy; Not too light === just right.
Smooth and balanced; great ink flow; not scratchy
Posted or unposted feels great depending on my hold and project.
Very well made pen for a reasonable price.
